Return & Refund policy:
We offer 5 days hassle-free returns for prepaid orders from the date of delivery and a further 5 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services at no additional costs or charge.
For COD orders returns have to be done by customer themselve in Period of 3 days of time.
Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code.
For COD orders, a coupon code will be provided in the span of 5 working days from the day of return pickup on your registered e-mail address/contact number.
Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition, a refund would not be provided.
Kindly allow 5 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.
Payments made with COD option WILL RECEIVE A COUPON CODE WORTH THE SAME AS YOUR ORDER VALUE WHICH IS VALID FOR 1 YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ISSUANCE OF THE COUPON CODE.
Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable

Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order.
